If you are going to place an order, please contact our sale office sales@polishpottery-online.com and give your destination airport name and zipcode and we will ask our shipper to give best offer for pick up or door-to-door service.

Are the transactions secure?
Yes, of course. We use PayPal for small orders and Bank Wire Transfers for large wholesale orders, we are registered company with registered bank account and tax ID and we are most interested that our transactions are safe.

How can I pay for the products in your shop?
For small orders the best way is to pay by by PayPal using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or other). I would send you PayPal invoice for the total of your purchase. You can also pay by Bank Wire Transfer when wholesale order. I would send details of our bank account.

Are there any hidden costs?
No there are no hidden costs, you pay only for the products and shipping. We explain any questions you ask.

Is there a minimum order required?
Yes we have minimum for small orders US $100 shipped in a parcel by Post. For larger orders shipped by shipping company on pallet for pick up from airport cargo or to your door the minimum is higher $2000

How is the shipping cost fixed?
The shipping cost depends on weight of products for small orders the cost changes with every 1 kilo. When large order is shipped the cost is much lower per 1 kilo.

What is the quickest shipping method?
Shipping by air is the quickest and usually takes up to 10 busines days from Poland to US.

Will my ceramics arrive undamaged?
Yes, your ceramic is always packed very carefully using thick carton, bubble foil and sturdy cardboard boxes. In large airfreight shipments all the boxes are packed on pallet using shrink foil and tape and operated by fork car.

Is your ceramic dishwasher safe?
Yes, it is dishwasher, oven, freezer and microwave safe, FDA aproved. Our products and the decorations are covered with thin surface of transparent glass in extremely high temperature this protects them from heat, freeze and dishwasher environment.

Are your products non-toxic?
Yes, they are lead and cadium free and we have certificates.

Why the patterns are sometimes slightly different and not always perfectly match?
Our pottery is made and decorated by hand and every item is individual and not easy to repeat. In fact the intention is that each pottery product is individual for each user. Polish Pottery is not dedicated for Mr. Average who buys Chinese pottery in supermarkets.

On the products I received there were some stickers "Gat1". What does it mean?
It means your products are first quality and the products you received has undergone quality control in our shipping department and qulified for First Quality.

What does a word "UNIKAT" on the bottom of my ceramic mean?
"UNIKAT" is the Polish word for "unique" and it means that the product you have received was uniquely hand made by experienced artist working with brush at least a year or more.

Can you tell me how you determine the shipping amount to Germany?
